Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase. This page is provided as a structure to be completed.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the conditions of access, use, and purchase of online training courses and digital content offered on this website (hereinafter "the Site"). Any order implies full acceptance of these T&C.

3. Training Course Descriptions
The training courses presented specify their objectives, target audience, any prerequisites, language, indicative duration, format (video, downloadable resources, etc.), and access terms. The educational content may be updated to ensure its relevance without altering the initial objective.
E-books (PDF) — Specifics
E-books (PDF files) are downloadable digital content. Each product page specifies: title, summary, language, number of pages (if applicable), file format (PDF), and download terms. Unless otherwise stated, e-books are intended for individual use.
4. Content Access
After confirmed payment, access is provided according to instructions sent by email or on the designated interface. Unless otherwise stated, access is strictly personal and non-transferable. The access duration (limited/unlimited) is specified on the training page.
For e-books (PDF): a download link is provided after payment. This link may be limited in time and/or number of downloads for security reasons. We recommend saving a local copy for future access.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are indicated in EUR and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. The invoice is issued after payment validation. In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order is canceled.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
E-books (PDF): the right of withdrawal is deemed not applicable once the download has started with your express consent and waiver of this right. If you do not wish immediate access, do not download the file and contact us within 14 days to exercise your right.
7. Cancellation and Postponement
For formats including scheduled sessions (live/webinar), the conditions for postponement or cancellation are specified on the training page. In case of major unforeseen circumstances, the seller may reschedule a session by offering new dates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, texts, materials, PDF e-books, code, exercises) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, public sharing, or resale, even partial, without prior written authorization is prohibited. A personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is granted for individual use.
E-books (PDF): you are authorized to keep backup copies for personal use. It is prohibited to remove any watermarks, circumvent technical protection measures, or share the file with third parties.
9. Use and Conduct
It is prohibited to share your credentials, mass-extract content, disrupt the service, use automated access methods, or bypass protection measures. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access, without refund.
10. Personal Data
Your data is processed for order management, training access, and support. The payment provider processes data necessary for the transaction. For more information, see the Privacy / Cookie Policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection within legal limits.
11. Support and Assistance
Technical and/or educational support is provided according to the terms specified on the training page (channel, indicative response times). In case of temporary service unavailability, we make every effort to restore access.
12. Compatibility and Liability
Content is provided "as is". The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of business, or opportunities. Practical implementation is the learner's responsibility, under their own responsibility and considering their context.
E-books (PDF): the PDF format is generally readable on most modern devices. It is the buyer's responsibility to have compatible software (e.g., Acrobat Reader). No guarantee is given for identical display across devices or software versions.
13. Force Majeure
Liability cannot be incurred in case of unforeseeable and irresistible events preventing the fulfillment of obligations (massive failures, provider unavailability, disaster, etc.).
14. Mediation and Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought as a priority via the contact indicated below. Failing that, and subject to mandatory provisions to the contrary, the competent courts will be those of the seller's registered office. Consumers may use a recognized consumer mediation mechanism (to be completed if applicable).
15. Final Provisions
The seller may update these T&C for legitimate reasons. The applicable version is the one in force on the order date. If a clause is invalidated, the others remain applicable.
